Cut a piece of Ultrasuede light approx 1-1/8 x 5/8", a small piece of chain around 1" and a finding of your choice.

Using a pliers fold the finding in half but do not squeeze it all the way tight on its self.  Glue edge of the Ultrasuede.

Fold the piece of Ultrasuede, gluing right sides together.  Let dry.  I use Grrip glue and it dries very fast.    Turn right sides out.

Stuff a tiny bit of stuffing in the opening so it looks like there is something in the purse.

I usually tuck the side glued edge in a bit so the purse has more shape.   Not necessary though.  Sometimes I tuck the bottom edge corners in to give the bottom more of a rounded shape.  Glue the purse opening closed.

Glue the chain to the inside top edge on the finding.  I have found it easier to do it this way so that chain does not shift around.  Let dry.

Gently squeeze the finding over the open end of the purse.  

If you have more than a minute add some beads, pearls or like baubles to fancy it up a bit.
