All of my miniature dolls are 100% hand-crafted. I pride myself on my detailed china painting and I use only the finest porcelain. Each doll is fired at least 7-8 times to layer the paint to achieve the most realistic look. I use molds by various very talented sculptors, including myself. The dolls made from original molds are noted as such.

Some of my miniature dolls have applied jewelry, while others have their jewelry fired on.  The jewelry that contains real gold luster requires additional 3 firings!   Most of the ladies will have at least a pair of earrings and perhaps a ring and/or a bracelet.  I wear my earrings daily so I cannot imagine my dolls not having them.

In clothing my dolls, I use only the finest materials. These including imported cottons and silks; some are dyed and others are hand painted.   I am constantly hunting for antique trims and laces to use on my dolls giving them that special touch.

I love period clothing and making dolls to suit a setting. This is only small sampling of the work that I have done. Since some of the antique laces are one of a kind, substitute will be used. Follow the links on the frame to top left to see examples of other dolls I have made.

Due to my work load and show schedule at this time I am no longer accepting any commissions for custom dolls. Most not all of the dolls on my site listed under completed dolls have sold but I always have dolls in stock. I am in the process of updating these pages so that I will have in stock dolls pictured, until I do e-mail me if you are interested.
