Hat Making Form/Stand

The Doll Couture Designing Tool allows you to manipulate the straw, felt, hat wire, buckram and other various materials to shape your hat creations with ease. Balsa form on wood base gives you the “third” hand you always wished you had when trying to hold, pin, or sew your ribbons, lace, fabric and embellishments on your creations. The Designer’s Tool allows you to pin first, rearrange design to your liking and then sew, or when covered in plastic wrap, glue in place.
